People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be navigating anxiety or depression, feeling burnt out, struggling with confidence, grieving a loss, or seeking clarity during a major life change.

Book Your Initial Consultation

If you’re considering starting therapy, you can begin with a short 10-minute Zoom consultation. This opening call gives us both an opportunity to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and explore whether we’re the right fit to work together.

There is a small nominal fee for this introductory session, which will be fully deducted from the cost of your first counselling session. Once you book, both you and I will automatically receive an email containing your Zoom link for the call.

Understanding Your Inner World

Life’s challenges can affect the mind and body in many different ways.
